From Caddy Raum to Fitness Space

The Fürstliche Golf Resort in Bad Waldsee is setting new standards in guest experience. In cooperation with Fitness Leasing GmbH, the former caddy room has been transformed into a state-of-the-art fitnesss area.

High-quality equipment and a well-thought-out concept offer guests a premium training experience. During our visit, we saw first-hand how we well the new fitness space has been received—and how seamlessly it fits into the overall ambiance of the resort.

Successful Transformation – from Restaurant to Fitness Studio

The Hotel Palais Therme Mokni in Bad Wildbad is a place where tradition meets innovation. Last year, we had the pleasure of supporting this family-run hotel with an exciting project: Converting a former restaurant into a modern fitness area. 

Thanks to close coooperation with the Mokni family and our contacts Alexandra and Horst from the Fitness Leasing GmbH in Igersheim/Bad Mergentheim, we were able to successfully complete teh project. We offer everything from a single source—from custom 3D planning to delivery and installation.

During a visit this year, we were able to see the specific results for ourselves: The new fitness area is a hit with hotel guests. The high-quality equipment was sepcifically tailored to the needs of the vistiors and provides an outstanding training experience.

The Fleming’s Hotels in the Frankfurt area focus on delivering the highest level of comfort—including in the areas of fitness and wellness. Several loactions, including the well-known Fleming’s Hotel at Eschenheimer Tor, have been equipped with modern fitness facilities.

New Fitness Room at Kempinski Bristol Berlin – Exklusive Training at Kurfürstendamm

In 2018, we equipped the prestigious Kempinski Bristol Berlin, located on the world-famous Kurfürstendamm, with a modern fitness area.

The installation was cared with great care and precision. Delivery and setup were planned in such a way that all equipment could be brought through the reception area during ongoing operations—without disrupting the guests experience. 

Mölltaler Hof – Stay Active in the Heart of the Austrian Alps 

The Böttger family's Mölltaler Hof in Austria offers guests the perfect combination of relaxation and activity, right inthe middle of the mountains. SInce there are no other fitness centers in the area, a modern fitness facility was created directly within the hotel—ensuring an optimal workout experience even in bad weather.

the hotel is currently considering opening the fitness area to external visitors to create added value for the region. With just 10 external users per month, the lease costs for the fitness equipment can already be fully covered—an attractive concept with strong potential.

The high-quality equipment and professionally designed training concept have already impressed well-known guests: even constants form Germany’s Next Topmodel have trained here. 

Professional Fitness Room at Pfelderer Hof – Movement and Relaxation in the Mountains of South Tyrol, Italy

For generations, the Gufler family's Pfelderer Hof in South Tyrol has been delighting guests with genuine hospitality and a comprehensive wellness offering. A true highlight is the newly designed fitness room, which prefectly complements the hotel's feel-good concept.

Delivery and installation of the high-quality equipment posed a particular challange due to the hotels's remote mountain location—but with precise planning and execution, everything was successfully implemented.

Revier Hotel Montafon – Fitness Right by the Ski Lift 

Revier Hotel Montafon is locateddirectly next to the ski lift and offers guests the perfect opportunity to work out in a modern fitness area after a day on the slopes. The gym is not reserved to for hotel guests only—it is also open to the public, creating real added value in a region where no comparable facility exists.

The project was successfully completed in 2023 and received very positive feedback. Thanks to its success, we were entrused with equipping the next Revier Hotel of the Fortimo Group in Saas-Fee (Switzerland) in 2024.

Corporate Fitness at Nokia Berlin – A Holistic Training Concept

At the Nokia's Berlin location, a well known-thought-out fitness concept was implemented across two levels: one level is equipped for strength training, while the second level offers a dedicated cardio area. 

Adjacent to the fitness space, the terrace hosts yoga and Pilates classes—ensuring the perfect balance between body and mind. The concept was developed in cooperation with Fitness Leasing GmbH and is connected to a network of eight independent personal trainers in Berlin.

Temporary Living – Fitness as Added Value at Dalegio Rostock

Dalegio Rostock, located at Platz der Freundschaft offers modern temporary living in fully furnisched apartments – simple, comfortable, and stress-free. To further enhance quality of life, a well-equipped fitness area with professional training equipment was createdfor residents to use right on site.

A particularly positive note: the fitness area was outfitted with equipment from the Matrix Brand, specifically requested by the residents themselves. Having a dedicated in-house gym makes the offer especially attractive—because regular exercise not only promotes well-being, but also saves time in a busy daily routine.

In 2023, we had the opportunity to equip the Fritz Tower Berlin with a modern fitness area—designed sepcifically for residents of the shared living spaces. A well-thought-out concept, high-quality strength and cardio equipment, and optimal use of space create an attractive training experience right within the buildng. 

An in-house fitness studio not only enhances everyday comfort for residents but also increases the overall appeal of the apartments for potential tenants.

Ilgenfritz Mechatronics GmbH near Giebelstadt—an innovative software company in the agricultural sector—places valuenot only on technical precision but also on the well-being of its employees.
